On a king size bed, the drop over 3 sides is 30cm (12”). On a double the drop would be 50cm (20”). Probably better for me to make one specially so the appliqué blocks sit well on the bed top. Appliqué on milk white linen, appliqué light Liberty lawns and American cottons, patchwork in light furnishing weight cottons. Measures 235cm square (92”). On a king-size bed (72"), the drop over 3 sides is 25cm (10”), on a queen size bed (60") the drop would be 40cm (16”). Machine appliqué, patchwork and quilted using 2oz wadding.
